David Winston

David Winston has over 35 years of legal search consulting experience. He has recruited partners, groups and associates for top law firms in Chicago and nationwide. Since founding his first legal search consulting firm in 1981, David has been active in the field. He built his search practice on the idea that an organization must not only improve, but thrive with the right people. David built and managed two successful legal search consulting firms before joining a national legal search firm in 2010 and opening their Chicago legal search office. In 2012, David decided to branch out on his own in order to provide a better personal, hands-on approach for his clients. In April, 2015, David joined Schulman Professional Search, a firm dedicated to the ideals of a personal, hands-on approach. David lives in Chicago with his wife JoAnn.
